Reservations & Payments
- Reservations may be made online, by phone, or directly at our property.
- Confirmation is only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially during festive periods or peak seasons.
- Standard check-in is at 1 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).
Occupancy & Guest Policy
- Maximum room occupancy varies by category; extra guests may be accommodated with additional charges.
- Children under 6 years may stay complimentary (without meal inclusions), proof of age required upon request.
- We do not permit pets at the property.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation policy is specified at the time of booking. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur a full or partial charge. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for exact terms.
- No-shows will be charged as per booking policy.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, regulatory restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel bookings, with full refund issued to affected guests.
Liabilities & Conduct
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Tinankhar is not liable for loss, theft, or damage due to negligence.
- Any damage to property or amenities caused by guests will result in recovery charges.
- We reserve the right to dismiss guests for inappropriate behavior, including physical/verbal abuse or unlawful activity.
- All images, content, and material on this site are the sole property of Tinankhar and cannot be used without written permission.
Facilities & Services
- Buffet or à la carte meals will be served based on occupancy and operational conditions. Room service may be provided at an extra charge.
- Complimentary amenities and services are as detailed at the time of booking.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction at the appropriate courts in Himachal Pradesh.
